I bought two of these units to Wal Mart and found a serious problem. Both units are not, after adjusting the harness adjustment strap (page 8 of the instructions). The fact is that, after adjustment, the issue does not make the cinch lever down far enough harness adjustment strap to prevent slippage of the belt. I made adjustments and then put his arm in the face and pulled the harness adjustment strap large enough to cause a safety hazard to the occupants. I repeated several times in the two seats. Since contact with consumers Relations, United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Dorel Juvenile Group (producer of the seats) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Dorel Juvenile Group decided to send two more seats in exchange defective seats. I received the two replacement seats February 1, 2010. After inspection, I noticed one of the two seats shows the failure as the original two-seater. This alarming to me as I now am experiencing 75% failure rate in a model of car seat is top rated.

  2. I liked it because it can be used for a long time. My son is a little over 3, but still needs a 5-point harness, and I wanted to be able to use it after 4 too. He likes really, because the will to put a big boy. I like the color.
The only drawback is that the belts to get some “intricate at times, but this is easy to solve. It’s a bit” hard to get the shutter button down – that my son can not do the same ( perhaps a good thing!) It takes me two hands at times. Our Britax car seat had no such problems, but for the price of this is great.

We got here, after reading it was ranked number two in Consumer Reports. It’s great! Exactly what my daughter, who is small for his age and needs. We thought it might be a moment that the requirement could not hit 40 pounds to Ohio until his 14th. But as we like. It comes in a wide range of colors, although I expected pink. . . Good value for money and safe to boot!

We have examined several places and even purchased a Britax Frontier and returned it before buying. We really wanted our child in a safety belt 5 points for as long as possible and not have much money to spend. This seat is easy to install and adjust, solid and very attractive. The oak is black and gold (and silver gray appeared on the website), and looks very cool. Compared to the Britax is a bit “lighter, the seat is wider, and feels a bit” lower. I think my son actually prefers to feel superior, but only three years ago and as he gets up here it fits better. Graco car seats are also and this is the same or better quality. You will not be disappointed!

Love the color. Once the hang of it, the car seat is easy to install and secure, anchored in place. I like the optional tilt or vertical. I was so nervous about this seat next car purchase because my son was assigned to Keyfit Chicco baby. Also driving a car so small that it was another “is going well? Recommend this seat for friends.
